He was predeceased by: his parents, Tanner Peterson and Malvina Peterson (McLaughlin); and his siblings, Tanner Peterson, Karen Bruce and John Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Jacqlyn Diana (Rick); his grandchildren, Mason, Myles, Peyton and Michelle Peterson; his great grandchildren, Ashley and Kylie; his siblings, Eleanor Halligan, William Peterson, Karol Holmes, Margaret McDermott, Olive Cooper, Mary Vonnahme and Don Peterson; and also Chase.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Almost Home Animal Shelter in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
