He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Lee and Hazel Lee (Lehmberg); his wife Mary Ann Mathahs; his granddaughter Amy Jo Lee; and his siblings, Norman and Patty.
He is survived by: his children, David Lee (JoEllen) of Callendar, Dean Lee (Chris) of Fort Dodge, Denise Dooley of Fort Dodge, Deanne Johnson (Rick) of Arizona and Denita Miller (Steve) of Webster City; and his grandchildren, Tim, Todd, Chad, Jeff, Mindy, Brenda and Brianna. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
