He is survived by: his son Michael Kapustka (Dawn); his grandchildren, Claire, Jack, Isaac and Noah; his daughter Lisa Huguenard (Matt); his grandchild Thomas of Porter, IN; his children, Jason Kapustka of Humboldt and Amy Boyce (Dan); his grandchildren, Isla and Hayes of Urbandale; his sisters, Marilyn Kallhoff of Burwell, NE, Dorothy Engler of Gretna, NE and Kathryn Bartlett of Brookfield, WI; and his wife Kathleen Newberry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
