He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Harms and Alleda Harms; his siblings, Andrew, David, Helen, Donna and Doris; his daughter-in-law Karen Harms; and his brother-in-law Phillip Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Karole Eden; his children, Marcy Harms of Fort Dodge, Scott Harms of Fort Dodge and Laura Harms of Montgomery, TX; his siblings, Alvina Carlson of Algona, IA, Betty (John Monaghan), Harris (Betty Harms), Ruth (Gary Davis), Mary, Norman Carlson of Clarion, IA and Norma (Bob Ruhnke); and his parents-in-law, Sylvia (Andrews), LeRoy Davis and Shelley. He is also survived by his family and friends.
