We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2023, at the age of 81, James M. Haines Jr. of Fort Dodge, Iowa, born in Boone, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen L. Haines (Root) and James M. Haines Sr.; and his former wife Brenda Haines. He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Heinze; his children, Brenda "Jamie" Haines Green (Willie) of Fort Dodge, Teresa Garrett (Jerry) of Algona, IA and James Haines III (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Matthew Copenhaver, Tye Fox, Shannon Garrett, Nicholas Haines and Katelyn Haines; and his siblings, Betty, Eldon, Marilyn, Sally and Willie. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
