He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Crouch and Geneva Crouch (Herron); and his brother-in-law Larry Feeley. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Cure (Stanley) of Goodland, KS, James Crouch (Sam) of Fort Dodge and Jilliane Herndon (Earl) of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Allison, Natalie, Reid, Megan, Eve, Drew, Brielle, James, Caroline, Maiya and Earl; his siblings, Jon Crouch (Pam) of Fort Dodge, Scott Crouch (Carla) of Wilmington, NC, Terry Crouch (Joyce) of Wilmington, NC, Jim Morgan (Jan) of Cedar Rapids, Karen Patrick (Bob), Ann Porter (Paul) of Fort Dodge and Ginger Feeley of Fort Dodge; and his former spouse Jean Sandeline.
