She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bloomberg and Florence Bloomberg (Jarosz); and her brother-in-law Garry Flickinger. She is survived by: her husband Roy "Eddie" Heggen Jr. of Fort Dodge; her sons, Erik (Nicole) and Drew of Collierville, TN; and her siblings, Harold Bloomberg (Dorine) of Ogden and Tina Flickinger of Elk River, MN. She is also survived by aunt and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
