He is survived by: his wife Vera Hartman of Fort Dodge; his daughters, Joanne McNamara (Kevin) of Ocean City, MD and Alissa Wallace (Olivia) of Baltimore, MD; and his brother Donald Hartman (Patty) of Fairfax, VA.
