She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Johnston and Olive Johnston; her sons, Steven and David; her granddaughter Teresa Gardalen (Terri); her sisters, Geneva and Kathleen; and her husband Richard Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Collins (Tracy), Mary Gardalen (Marlyn), Diane Blomker (Bill), Kathy Kesterson (Jim), Denise McAnally (Mike) and Maureen Crimmins (Denny); and her daughter-in-law Kay Collins. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
