He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beverly, Nancy and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Chad (Trisha) of Fort Dodge and Stacey Carr (Dave Sick) of California; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Sick, Drayson Sick and Caden Carr; and his siblings, Larry Carr of Wisconsin and Patsy Heady of Portland, OR.. He is also survived by many friends, inlaws.
