He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Clark and Evelyn Clark (Johnson); his wife Connie Mae Billings; his brother Eddie Clark; his siblings-in-law, Ann Nolta, Judy Ort and Jerry Billings; and his grandson Kyle Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his children, Rick Clark (Celestia) of Fort Dodge, Gary Clark of Manson, IA, Julie Scott (Rob) of Depauw, IN, Roger Clark (Kim) of Lake City, IA and Jerry Clark (Ree) of Manson; his siblings, Sharilyn Hoover (Larry) of Dayton, IA, Becky Sams of Farnhamville, IA, Mary Collmann (Bob) of Pomeroy, IA and Roger Clark (Patsy) of To Pano, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Ardis Lewis (Joe) of Fort Dodge and Gene Billings of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
