She is survived by: her daughters, Jeaneyl Hazlett of DeSoto, Katie Cleveland (Chris) of Storm Lake, IA and Sheryl Milton; and her husband Orval Herman. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 6 greatgrandchildren.
