We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2021, at the age of 81, Eugene Richard Hayes of Fort Dodge, Iowa, born in Webster City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Lester and Blanche Hayes (Nelson); his parents-in-law, Mervin and Mildred Larson; his brothers, Harlan, Bob, Gary, Steve, Roger and Clifford; and his great grandchild Eli Grove.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Larson; his children, Shelly Keith (Kent) and Todd; his grandchildren, Abby Grove (Zach), Ashton Rhoades, Kate, Kael and Kai Keith; his great grandchildren, Klaire, Aiden Grove, Eva and Khari Rhoades; his brothers, Leroy Hayes, Russell Hayes (Connie) and Ted Hayes (Jeri); and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Hayes, Alice Hayes and Beverly Hayes. He is also survived by many extended family, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to First Presbyterian Church.
