Ethelynn A. Tuel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 80, Ethelynn A. Tuel of Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Reeck and Ethel Reeck (Scherff); her husband Kenneth Ray Tuel; her sister Kamma Jorgensen; her brothers-in-law, Don Hanysh, Jerry Bower, Dana Barlow, James Jorgensen and Ronald Koppen; her nieces, Marie Petersen and Lynn Perucca; and her nephew Brett Barlow.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Tuel of Mesa, AZ, Kendra Foster (James) of Gilbert, AZ and Jodie Bice (Andy); her grandchildren, Jacie Foster, Trey Foster, Nylah Bice and Stella Bice; her siblings, Trudy Koppen of Fort Dodge, Marty Reeck (Pam) of Humboldt, IA and Larry Reeck (Carolyn) of Ashland, OR; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Bower of Fort Dodge, Beverly Barlow of Coon Rapids, IA, Deborah Koelln (Ralph) of Yale, IA. and Timothy Tuel (Angie) of Glidden, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home (923 1st Ave S, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (400 S 13th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
