He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Bowman and Mable Bowman (Gerjets); and his sisters, Verta Davidson, Karen Hill and Connie Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Horak; his children, JoLynn Greene (Stanley), Steven Bowman (Gail), Debra Clinton (Daniel), Mark Bowman (Stephanie), Brian Bowman and Robert Bowman (Diana); and his siblings, Verda Crimmins, Bill Bowman, Jerry Bowman (Karlene), Roger Johnson and Barbara Miller. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
