He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Case and Eva B. Case (Stevens). He is survived by: his children, Tammy Oester (Mark) of Fort Dodge, Kim (Drew) of Phoenix, AZ and Kevin Case of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials may be left to the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home.
