She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Patrick O'Farrell (Laurie) of Ankeny and Bill O'Farrell (Amina) of Lower Gwynedd, PA; her grandchildren, Kyle, Bradley, Kristen, John, Thomas, Michael, Christina, Ryan and Juliet; her great grandchildren, Owen, Rashawn and Kierra; her sister-in-law Linda O'Farrell of San Diego, CA; her nieces and nephews, Anita Isaacson (John), Emerson Linney (Kirie), Ginny Knoblock (Craig), Colleen West (Charlie), Mark O'Farrell, Tim O'Farrell, Laureen Powell, Kathleen Kottenstette (Michael), Tal O'Farrell (Cindy) and Kim O'Farrell Novotchin; and her husband Dennis O'Farrell of Rock Springs, Wyoming..
