He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur F. Derrig and Vivian Derrig (Mosher); and his brothers, David and George Derrig. He is survived by: his children, Charles Derrig (Crystal Frank), Jenny Derrig (Robert Walters Jr.), Edward Derrig Jr., Makenzie Derrig and Abigail Derrig; his grandchildren, Jaden, Sydney, Janelle and Lilly; his wife Jamie Robinson of Fort Dodge; and his siblings, Nancy Duckett (Bernie) of Fort Dodge and Michael Derrig (Samantha) of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
