He is survived by: his children, Edker Foy, Otis Foy, Doug Foy, Jason Foy, Bunny Foy, Yula Foy, Laura VanderWel and Connie Morrow; and his siblings, Willie C. Williams, Jane Poe, Maggie Norman and Adel Williams. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
