He is survived by: his children, Diane Wicker (David) of Fort Dodge, Heather Cummins (Jesse Whitehill) of Fort Dodge and Chad Cummins of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Asia Champson (Tanner) of Fort Dodge, Ashley Nachampassak of Fort Dodge, Carson Nachampassak of Fort Dodge, Aaron Nachampassak of Ames and Sophia Wicker of Fort Dodge; his siblings, Harold Cummins (Ginger) of Otho, IA and Diane Long (Pat) of Fort Dodge; his sister-in-law Deb Cummins of Vincent, IA; his aunt Vicky Rockafellow of Fort Dodge; and his former wife Lynnette Wyatt of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
