He is survived by: his mother Barbara Campbell (Waggoner) of Fort Dodge; his siblings, Pat Peterson (Jim) of Gowrie, Linda Porter (Scott) of Fort Dodge, Gary Campbell (Randi) of Hinton and Mike Campbell of Fort Dodge; his brother-in-law Randy Nelson of Gowrie; and his nieces and nephews, Emilie, Trent, David, Danielle, Kyle, Kasey, Blythe, Ryann, Zac, Nick and Bree. He is also survived by his six great nieces & nephews.
