She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Field and Florence Field; her son Dennis Abel; her sisters, Darlene Lyman and Donna Stewart; and her pets, Harley, Lacey and Gizzy.
She is survived by: her former husband Vern F. Abel; her daughters, Bonnie Grawey (Denny O'Leary) of DeSoto, Janette Abel and Kim Abel of New River, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jamie Wilber (Jim) of Peoria, Stephanie Abel-Hohenzy (Shawn) of Cedar Falls, Jerome Latimer of New River, Bryanne Huebsch (John Cacy) of Surprise and Brandon Huebsch (Julie) of Buckeye, Arizona; her great grandchildren, Kaelen, Hailee Wilber, Cole, Adeline Cacy, Taela and Morgan Huebsch; her sisters, Dianne Harrold of Charles City, Dixie Dunagan (Jack) of Mason City and Debbie Gitch of Sumner; and her stepgrandchildren, Christie Swanson (Gruber) and Joshua Gruber. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
