He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bothe and Mildred Bothe (Telschaw); his daughter Brigette; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Janel Birmingham; his children, Amanda Connell (Jared) of China Grove, Ericka Caldwell (Cory) of Ft. Dodge and Jason Fuller (Jenn) of Bondurant; his grandchildren, Bailey, Alexis, Gracie, Cale, Brynn, Ainsley, Nora and Elliott; and his brother Jim Bothe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to St. Paul Lutheran School or Lutheran Family Services.
