She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Campbell and H. Arlene Campbell (Zimmerman); her brother-in-law Jim Blair; her niece Kim Dorman; her nephew-in-law Steve Dorman; and her great-nephew Aaron Dorman.
She is survived by: her former husband Mark H. Webster; her husband Dick Hughlette; her children, Cindee Campbell (Rick) of Waukee, IA, Tricia Kelly of Ankeny, IA and Jodi Fors (Chuck) of Fort Dodge, IA; her grandchildren, Alyssa Campbell of Rochester, NY, Noah Campbell of Waukee, IA, Jacob Kelly, Macey Kelly of Ankeny, IA, Andrea Fors of Cape Coral, FL, Justin Fors (Braydie) of Savannah, GA and Brady Fors of Cape Coral, FL; and her sisters, Sherry Blair of Harcourt, IA and Rhonda Simmons (Ed). She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
