He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Konvalinka and Anna Konvalinka (Beadle); his brothers, Donald and Dennis Konvalinka; and his parents-in-law, Margaret and Lerenzle Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Konvalinka (Powell) of Fort Dodge; his sons, Mike Konvalinka of Barnum, Kevin Konvalinka of Fort Dodge and Jason Konvalinka of Sandstone, MN; his grandchildren, Jordan, Kailey, Brayden, Cole and Cainan; and his former wife Susie Powell.
