He is survived by: his former wife Sheila Boone; his wife Sheila Schrader; his children, Shawn Hart, Tina Heyerhoff (William), Mel Boone (Sarah), Teresa "T. J." Boone (Jon), Kathy Boutchee, Kristi Brown, Kellie Landon and Kay; and his sisters, Barbara Symonds and Carolyn Symonds. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
