He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Smith (Gerry); his sons, Dwight Ackerman (Becky) of Clear Lake, Jeff Ackerman (Mary) of Florissant, MO and Dennis Ackerman (Sue) of Boone; his grandchildren, Kathy, Jessica and Dan; his great grandchildren, Alix, Andrea, Alicia and Henry; and his great great grandchildren, Tavin, Myla, Finn and Rylan.
