He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Walstrom and Lois Walstrom; his son Danny Lee; and his sister Sandra "Sandi" Leapley. He is survived by: his children, Riley Walstrom (Marissa Nichols) of Fort Dodge, Cassidy Walstrom (John Achero) of Grimes and Denny Phillips (Melissa Phillips) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Noah Nichols, Mason Walters and Emmalynn Warburton Walters; his siblings, Timothy "Tim" Walstrom, Linda Habben and Patty Jamieson; and his former wife Cindy (Hines).
