He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Moore and Geraldine Moore (Stufflebean); his siblings, Rex, Billy Moore and Sharon Wendell; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Martin, Heather Moore, Mikey Wendell and Harold Powell II.

He is survived by: his son Ryan Moore (Deanna); his grandchildren, Naiven of Fort Dodge and Jayden of Fort Dodge; his son Austin Moore (Mariah) of Iowa City, Iowa; his sister Patty Powell (Harold) of Atlantic; his pet Baylie; and his wife Cathy Witte.
