He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Catherine (Moorland); and his brothers, John (Jack) of Phoenix, AZ, Bernard of Moorland and Tommy of Casa Grande, AZ..
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Pitsor (Bob) of Minnetrista, MN, Jeff (Connie) of Vancouver, British Columbia, Jerome (Tonya) and Mary Catherine Ferry (Kevin) of Badger; his siblings, Francis Ann Filipi (Charles) of Omaha, NE, Mary Catherine Condon of Fort Dodge, Steven of Casa Grande, AZ and Robert (Bud) of Fort Dodge; and his wife Jane Swenson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that individuals enjoy a cookie, a beer, and then take a "cat nap" which, together, was one of his favorite activities.
