He is survived by: his wife Marsha Johnson; his siblings, Therese Underwood (Kirk), Donna Faith (Tracy) and David Hickey (Jody); his siblings-in-law, Sharon Hickey of Fort Dodge, Dennis Johnson of Fort Dodge and Tom Caffery of Council Bluffs; his nieces and nephews, Melissa Hickey, Christine Bigelow, Patrick Hickey, Matthew Hickey, Tony Underwood, Blair Underwood, Mercedes Larson, Emily Mason, Gavin Faith, Trevor Hickey, Emaria Hickey, Jared West and Nicole Guild; and his great-nephew Joseph.
