He is survived by: his parents, Karla Wetzel of Fort Dodge and Steve Wetzel of Jefferson; his sister Jaide Wetzel (Brian Berg) of Fort Dodge; his nephews, Ryan, Tuxley, Axeton and Brooks; his grandfather Dick Leedom; his godparents, Tim and Staci Blair; his sisters, Kristin Florea, Megan White and Shanae Breiholz; and his aunts and uncles, Ann (Ron Schmidt), Steve (Jody Caldwell), Denny (Jamie Caldwell), Dave (Joyce Caldwell), Lana (Dave Chase), Dawn Potter, Ginger (Jeff Kondrath), Gregg (Kathy Bishop) and Donnette (Steven Sather).
