He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Meek (Rick) of Fort Dodge, Tamela Pattison (Brian) of Fort Dodge and Corey Lombard (Nikkie Summers) of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Lucas, Samuel Meek, Daniel Trost (Madison Crosby), Ozzymandius, Olivia Pattison, Ace Lombard, Dalton and Jersey Summers; and his siblings, Darlene Halligan (Walter) of Olewein, IA, Elvert Lombard (Millie) of Hill, IA and Franklin Lombard (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
