She was predeceased by: her parents, August Wiese and Frances Wiese (McCulley); and her siblings, Virginia, Ruth and Delmar.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Prochaska; her children, Brian Prochaska (Missy) of Fort Wayne, IN, Connie Colbart (Darrin) of Fort Wayne, IN and Ann Prochaska of Fort Dodge; her grandchildren, Jana, Faith, Cali, Connor, Lauren, Tanner, Joshua and Madison; her great grandchildren, Luca and Cade Sander; and her brother Dale Wiese. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
