She is survived by: her former husband David Charles Willadsen; her husband Floyd David Smith; her sons, Joe Willadsen (Amanda) of Marble Rock, IA and David Willadsen of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Gabriella, Paisley and Trayten; and her siblings, Carol Rice (Paul) of Fort Dodge and John Viers (Val) of Beatrice, NE. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
