He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Brown and Fern Jacobs Brown; and his siblings, Mildred, Catherine, Georgia, Tootie, Jeanie and Bud.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Hamann; his children, Larry Brown (Teresa) of Ft, Dodge, Sharon Markhardt (Kevin) of South Lyon, MI and Mark Brown of Osage City, KS; his grandchildren, Lisa (Brent VanDeer), Kevin (Lisa Brown), Nicklaus Markhardt and Melissa Markhardt (Kristian Rowden); his great grandchildren, Lydia, Megan VanDeer, Lyla and Kirk Brown; and his sister Marlene Harvey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
