He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold O'Hern and Rachel O'Hern (Harbacheck); his brother Bernard O'Hern; and his brother-in-law Paul Kehoe. He is survived by: his sister Beverly Kehoe; and his sister-in-law Marilyn O'Gara (Patrick). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
