She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Booge and Anna Booge (Kutz); her husband Darwin Hammer; her daughter Marcia Borer; and her siblings, Rozella Hartman, Joanne Kramer, Marge Lampe and Alan Booge.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Brown of Fort Dodge, Lee Hammer of Ankeny and Jan Green of Indianola; and her brother Bill Booge. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
