He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Stark and Esther Stark (Johnson); and his wife Donna Sundell. He is survived by: his sister Peggy; his sister-in-law Janene; his children, Teri Jackson (Dave), Steven and Linda Murphy (Mike); his grandchildren, Brandon Townsend (Amy), Blake Townsend (Becca), Callie, Cady Stark, Nick, Brock and Maddox Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Terence and Ashley Kiley.
