He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Walter Moore and Emma Moore (Beaman); his sons, Christopher and Mike; his sister Doris Bayer; and his half-siblings, John Watson, Joe McFeson, Ruth Hainey and Ila Mae Hainey.
He is survived by: his former wives, Sandra Davison and Janet Wilson; his children, Diane Cook (Tim) of Sac City, Kirk Moore (Lori) of Otho, John Moore (Becky) of Green River and Tony Moore (Diane) of Fort Dodge; his brother Howard Calloway of Florida; and his half-siblings, Bonnie Harris and Tom Harris of Muscatine, Iowa.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
