With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie L. Schoonover in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on May 12, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Stevin Schoonover; his parents, George Schoonover and Helen Schoonover (Schnelle); his sister Linda Kaye Anderson; and his wife Ruth Eckman.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joshua Schoonover (Annie), Emilee Schuck, Alexandria Pommer (Jeff), Betsy Bement (Nick), Brandon, Naomi and Ryan Kliegl. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
