He is survived by: his children, Lisa Sharp (Pete) of Olathe, KS, Lori Whitaker (Todd) of Tonganoxie, KS and Dave (Anne) of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, Nolan Allen (Natalie Turner), Ryan Necas (Bessie) and Samantha Necas; his great grandchildren, Brody, Ashton and Audrey; and his siblings, John Hanson (Bonnie) of Greenwood, IN, Ron Hanson (Sally) of Carmel, IN and Mary Christianson (Jim) of Spirit Lake.
Memorials may be directed towards Unity Point Cancer Center or the Republican National Committee.
