She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Nicholls and Mabel Nicholls (Brainerd); and her sister Cheryl. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Harty; her sons, Steven (Sue) and Scott (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Carissa Bacich, Anne Barry, Abigail Harty and Madison Harty.
