She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Blair of Harcourt, IA, Dee Hughlette of Fort Dodge, IA and Rhonda Simmons (Ed); her sister Marilyn Decker; and her grandchildren, Stacey West (Rick) of Harcourt, IA, Tim Blair (Staci) of Harcourt, Bill Baedke (Nicole) of Glenn Ellyn, IL, Ed Simmons (Amber Boesen) of Jacksonville, FL, Cindee Webster Campbell (Rick) of Waukee, IA and Tricia Kelly of Ankeny, IA.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Arlene's name to Winds Of Fire Church located at 120 9th St NW in Fort Dodge or the Fort Dodge Salvation Army, 126 North 7th St. in Fort Dodge.
