He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Leibold and Pauline Leibold (Bohach); his in-laws, Henry and Verda Langreck; his brother Linus Leibold; his sister-in-law Linda Leibold; his niece Sally Fagle (Leibold); and his siblings-in-law, Conrad, Geri Langreck, Henry Langreck and Gary Atamian.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Langreck; his children, Mark Leibold (Susan) of Fort Atkinson and Annette Nisley (Jay) of Ely, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Jarrett Nisley, Mitchell Nisley, Ethan Leibold, Nathan Nisley and Alison Leibold.
A rosary was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Helms Funeral Home Chekal Chapel (201 E Main St, Fort Atkinson, IA 52144). Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Catholic Church (201 Oak St, Fort Atkinson, IA 52144).
