With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Neuzil of Fort Atkinson, Iowa, born in Saint Lucas, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blong and Elizabeth Blong (Setter); her parents-in-law, Frank and Julia Neuzil; her son Nitty Neuzil (Lynn); her grandson Rob Loftus; her siblings, Marcella Nicolaus (George), Art Blong, Helen Rothmeyer (Donnie), Don Blong (Lorsie) and Herbert Blong; and her siblings-in-law, Bernard Neuzil (Marie), Julia Bales (Brandt) and Clarence Wiest.

She is survived by: her children, Lori (Mike), Steve, Terri (Ed), Jeanne and Deb (Dave); her husband Dan W. Neuzil; her children, Joe Neuzil, Danny Neuzil (Samantha), Kay Caccamo Chagrin (Todd) and Jamie Neuzil of Fort Atkinson, IA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Halai (Sameer), Nick Simon, Patrick Simon (Becca), Drew Loftus, Karissa Forde (Jon), Cory Ryant (Lindy), Amanda Boyd (Gordon), Michaela Neuzil, Carter, Dominic Caccamo, Taylor Neuzil and Jordan Witt; her great grandchildren, Alex, Landry, Sebastian Forde, Tenley, Jack Ryant, Finlay, Arran Boyd, Kaleb and Kabir Halai; her siblings, Vera Wiest of Decorah, IA and John Blong (Marsha) of Lady Lake, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Norbert Neuzil (Ione) of Decorah, IA and Irene Stefanik of Wheeling, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
