He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Carpenter; his former wife Michell Carpenter; and his brother Craig Carpenter. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Flicek; his siblings, Karen Turbett, Ellen Hanson, Leigh Sylvester (Russ) and Susan Baune (Jess); his wife Melinda Carpenter (Celindro); and his daughters, Tiffany Miller (James), Tarra Carpenter, Tanya Chapin (Jason), Amanda Jimenez, Angela Destival, Monique, Malani and Maleeya Carpenter. He is also survived by his daughters and the best grandpa to his 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bill Carpenter memorial fund in care of the family.
