He is survived by: his parents, David Zrostlik and Lorna Zrostlik; his wife Hilary Rinnels of Forest City; his daughters, Brinlynn and Elyse; his siblings, Rhiannon Lillquist (Michael) and Nic Zrostlik (Ashley); his half-brother Jason Hejlik; his parents-in-law, Randy and Laura Rinnels; his brothers-in-law, Nick Rinnels and Jake Rinnels (Holly); his nieces and nephews, Josette, Jonathan Lilliquist, Harrison, Charlie Zrostlik, Talan Rinnels and Reese Rinnels; and his pet Kallie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being set up for Seth's girls at MBT Bank in Forest City.
