She is survived by: her husband Jack (Jack) of Forest City, IA; her children, Laurie David (Terry), Lisa Carlsen (Nicho) of Leland, IA, Amy Stanek (Dave) of Fertile, IA and Nicholas (Bina) of Forest City, IA; her brother David Hagen (Carol); her sister-in-law Judy Monahan of San Diego; her grandchildren, Ben (Becky), Ashley (Eli), Matt (Tara), Dan (Gabby), Kirsten (Travis), Emily (Connor), Emmanuel and Shiloh; and her aunts, Gwen Baas and Carol Baas.
