She is survived by: her husband Clarence Wellik of Forest City; her sons, Jeff Wellik (Kathy) of Story City, IA, Kevin Wellik (Jackie) of Lake Panorama, IA and Kyle Wellik (Val) of Phoenix, AZ; her granddaughters, Kaylee Phillips Wellik (Bryce) of Ames, IA and Megan Bachman (Austin) of Waukee, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Alyssa Johansen (Tyler), Nina Wiedner (Adam), Kayla Howell (James) and Nico DeMaria; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Avianna, Elizabeth and Olive; and her sisters, Dorothy and Delores. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saint James Catholic Church (906 W O St, Forest City, IA 50436). A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (906 W O St, Forest City, IA 50436).
